Here at The British Academy of Hypnosis we are proud to offer a first class approach to making a refund. All hypnotic CDs and books come with a full 12 month no questions asked refund.

This refund service allows you to receive the goods in a first class working order and to try the product for one full year. If you are not satisfied in any way with the product it may be returned for a full refund minus postage and packing and banking charges.

We ask that the products are returned in a resalable condition and we always strive to help our customers and fulfil their requests.

Our new lifetime guarantee ensure that your damaged or broken CD can be replaced easily and free of charge. All that we ask is that you pay the cost of packaging and postage for your new CD to sent to you. In most cases the charge will be £4.95.
